How a deal works

Sourcing to commissioning, in seven steps.

01

Sourcing

We match your requirement against verified manufacturers in India and Vietnam already known to us, not a cold directory search.

02

Specification

Tonnage, fuel, power supply and footprint are confirmed in writing before a quotation is drawn up. This is the step that prevents an over- or under-specified machine.

03

Quotation

Machine price, freight, and our margin or fee are itemised separately. Nothing is bundled into a single opaque number.

04

Incoterms

Terms are agreed per shipment — typically FOB at origin or CIF to destination port, depending on who is arranging freight and insurance.

05

Shipment

Booking, bill of lading and packing list are issued against the agreed Incoterm. Transit time is quoted as a range, not a single optimistic number.

06

Customs

HS codes on the commercial invoice are matched to the quotation line by line. Where a duty or VAT exemption regime applies, the dossier is prepared ahead of the shipment, not after it lands.

07

Commissioning

Installation and start-up are coordinated with the manufacturer or a local technician, so the machine is running before the invoice is closed out.

Corridors

Named ports, not a world map.
